51 blog posts already... seems like only yesterday i started adding my pics to this corner of the internet! i want to take a minute and say thank you...

to my dad- thank you all the financial support. i can only hope one day i can pay you back for everything you've invested in me and my hobby gone passion. thank you for buying me that d40 when i was in cananda, and for making me feel like i was a pro before i even had a clue that i didn't have a clue what i was doing. mom said once that i inherited my 'entrepreneurial spirit' from you. i like to think so.

mom- thank you for your phone calls. it's so nice to know that you are not only supportive, but sincerely interested in who/what i've been pointing my camera at. thank you for reading my blog :), its nice to know i have a loyal reader! thanks for putting up with dad's spendings on me.

friends/sibs/bf- i know i spend a lot of time on my computer... thanks for sticking around. thanks for your compliments. thanks for letting me practice on you. thanks for assisting me with gear. thanks specifically to paige, michael, sidnie, ashley, and patrick. thank you steven hansen for all your advice and inspiration, especially with photoshop. thank you landon, for your help, patience, and the awesome christmas present (back drop), i love it!

thank you to everyone whose ever stood in front of my camera. your support means the world.

when i quit my full time job a few months ago to peruse a career in photography, i was so worried that i would fail and end up sucking up to 'the man' for the rest of my life. thankfully, things are going great! i'm SO excited for the future.
